So grateful to have found Super Suppers since we moved to Franklin . They are conveniently located by Publix and Home Depot and a quick stop there gives me so much help when cooking is inconvenient. Their home cooked meals are delicious and extremely affordable. I would highly recommend any busy person to have them stocked in their freezer. They have been a god send to us .

I can't express enough how much of a lifesaver Super Suppers has been for my family since my kitchen disaster a month ago. A burst pipe resulted in the demo of the flooring and kitchen island. With no kitchen sink or counter, the thought of meal prep and cooking for my family of 4 felt overwhelming, especially considering my long work hours. Then Super Suppers and Phemie’s delicious dishes turned my chaotic situation around. The incredible variety of home-cooked meals, which are ready to heat and eat, not only lifted the stress off my shoulders but also ensured that my family enjoyed nutritious and flavorful dinners and leftover lunches! From savory casseroles to hearty soups, every dish has been a hit, making it seem like I’ve spent hours in the kitchen rather than relying on takeout or pre-packaged meals. Super Suppers has provided an invaluable service. The convenience of having these delectable meals on hand is truly a game changer. I no longer have to worry about what I’m feeding everyone after a long day. I just throw these containers of home-cooked goodness in the oven and serve! We were moving and decided to order the “take and bake” Thanksgiving dinner, and boy oh boy, we were so pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing! All home cooked and full of flavor! The turkey was around 10 lbs and would easily feed 6-10 people! The sides were perfection, and the desserts were so so yummy! I highly recommend Super Suppers! Very reasonable and so easy! Use them during the week or on a holiday! You won’t regret it! 👍👍

Excellent meals! I love Super Supers for when I need dinner for my family but I don’t have time to make it. I pop one of the entrees in the oven or in a skillet and within 20 to 30 minutes it’s done. My kids love the taste and I feel great about what I’m serving. So convenient, easy, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for families on the go or when you’re having company and want to serve a delicious meal.

I have a freezer full of entrees, sides, and desserts from Super Suppers. This food has been so helpful because my teenagers often need more than three meals a day. Our favorites are the chicken and dumplings, poppyseed alfredo chicken, vegetarian lasagne, minestrone, sweet potato fries, apple blossoms, and tiramisu. I highly recommend!

My family has been picking up healthy and easy to cook dinners and side dishes from Super Suppers for over 2 years even when we moved from Franklin to Thompson Station. We typically place a large order when we come back to the cool spring’s area for a pickup on Saturday. Of note if needed they do offer delivery for an additional charge. We continue to support this small business for a few reasons and those are the exact reasons why you give them a try also. The dinners that we purchase come frozen fresh and all the ingredients are separately bagged there as they thaw it does not cause any issues and the directions are very easy to read and follow. I recommend taking a picture of the directions once you pick up the food just in case anything happens to the labels later on. The next reason I enjoy them is how she rotates the offerings. You can come back during different seasons of the year and see warmer crock pot meals for the fall and winter and nice lighter offerings for the spring and summer. I have walked around the inside of the location both where the food is stored and prepared and one thing that caught my eyes are the numerous 100 scores from the health department. She proudly has them framed and displayed! Check out my photos to get to see a few of them. Lastly, the prices of all the offerings are extremely reasonable, especially with what the cost would be if you went out to dinner as a family or tried to purchase all the ingredients separately. It is very easy to place the order online or call and place the order. Once the food is assembled, it is immediately kept frozen to retain vitamin content, color, flavor and texture. Majority of the meals can be cooked frozen. To save 15-20 minutes of cooking time, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Most of our entrees and sides serve 3 adults according to the nutritional guide. I cannot love Super Suppers enough! They have been such a blessing to our family! A friend recommended them a few months ago, and I've never looked back! With a family of 5 including little ones, Super Suppers has taken the burden of cooking off of me! My kids ask for their meals (& cookies) several times a week, and we eat the meals 3-4 times a week. Our freezer stays stocked, and it saves us money of having to eat out when I don't have the time or energy to cook after a long day. They taste great, too! And the best part is, you can just pop in and "Grab & Go." Our favorites are the Meaty Cheesy Lasagna, Mom's Marvelous Meatloaf, Parmesan Chicken with Creamy Sage Sauce, Roasted Chicken and Baby Baker Potatoes, Carrot Soufflé, and the Carnival Chocolate Chip Cookies! Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t write many reviews, but Super Suppers in Franklin absolutely deserves one. I’ve relied on them for both client lunches and personal gatherings, and the food is always a hit. The Poppyseed Chicken is hands-down one of the best meals I’ve served, the Lasagna Bolognese is rich, flavorful, and tastes homemade, and the Parmesan Broccoli is the perfect side. Without fail, someone asks where the food came from. The quality is exceptional, everything is incredibly convenient, and it takes all the stress out of entertaining. If you need a meal that will impress clients, friends, or family, give Super Suppers a call. You’ll have amazing food on the table and more time to enjoy the people you’re serving.
